The purpose of Outreach is to provide medical information to the public on health related topics in an effort to better educate individuals with needed knowledge to make adequate medical decisions for themselves and their loved ones. Outreach efforts include participation in health fairs, neighborhood events, and community gatherings as well as speaking and presenting information to local businesses, churches, civic organizations, schools, etc. , and identifying persons in need of services and making the appropriate referrals.
